What these terms cover

These terms apply whenever you engage Webgo X for digital marketing, social media management, web design and development, SEO, Meta Ads, graphic design, or custom software work. They sit alongside the written scope and quote we send for your specific project — if the two ever conflict, your project's written scope takes priority.

Quotes and payment

Website and software builds are quoted per project; marketing, social media and SEO work runs as a monthly retainer. After a discovery call we send a tailored scope with transparent costs — no hidden fees. The exact payment schedule and milestones for your project are agreed in writing before work begins.

Timelines

Most projects run 4–12 weeks depending on scope. We break work into phases with clear milestones so you always know where things stand. Timelines depend on us receiving feedback, content and approvals from you at each stage — delays on your end push the timeline back by the same amount.

Ownership

Domains, hosting accounts, ad accounts and source files stay in your name, not ours. Once a project is paid in full, the deliverables are yours to use, host and modify as you see fit.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for providing the content, brand assets, access and feedback we need to do the work, and for the accuracy of anything you give us to publish on your behalf (ad copy, claims, testimonials, legal notices). We're not liable for content you supplied or approved.

Ending an engagement

Either side can end an engagement in writing at any time. Work completed and costs already incurred up to that point remain payable. We hand over whatever has been built so far, in whatever state it's in.

Liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits) arising from our work. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that specific project.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us about your business — plans, numbers, credentials, customer data — is kept confidential and used only to deliver the work you hired us for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
