The challenge
Ayan Auto needed a real store, not a marketplace listing — one that could take orders with the payment methods customers actually use locally (cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket), track stock across multiple brands, and give a small team a way to run the business without touching code.
What we did
Built the storefront and a full custom admin from scratch on Next.js and Postgres. Wired up cash-on-delivery and mobile-money checkout with manual payment verification, a phone-based customer CRM, and role-based admin accounts so different staff can handle orders, inventory and support separately.
